Our permitting strengths include freshwater and coastal wetlands permits, waterfront development permits, and CAFRA permits, environmental impact statements, feasibility studies, environmental constraints maps, and noise impact reports; as well as conducting investigations for wetlands, hazardous materials, and Phase I site assessments. |

Our land survey capabilities include tax map maintenance, property and topographic surveys, boundary research, property line analysis, metes and bounds descriptions, wetlands location, aerial survey coordination, utility as-builts, route surveying, and subdivision map preparation. As with our engineering division, our standards for the quality of our surveying services are the highest in the industry.
