The Founder and CEO of Cranmer Engineering, has over 20 years of in-depth experience in the field of civil and consulting engineering, holding several municipal consulting appointments throughout the State of New Jersey.  Mr. Cranmer leads the Municipal Services Division of our firm to deliver a level of customer service unparalleled in the industry, and has achieved an exemplary track record of success in both public and private development undertakings.

 

Mr. Cranmer also provides technical and managerial guidance to all division leaders of the firm to ensure that the expectations of our clients are exceeded on every assignment.

Vincent Creevy, PLS

Vincent Creevy is a Principal in the firm and the leader of the firm’s Environmental Services Division, which includes Land Surveying, Wetlands and Environmental Sciences, Regulatory Compliance service lines.  Mr. Creevy’s exceptional wide array of expertise encompasses environmental permitting, wetlands delineation and mapping, hazardous materials investigation, Phase I Site Assessments, soils analysis, as well as Land Surveying and Construction Management.

Under the guidance of Mr. Creevy, the Environmental Services Division has acheived a track record of success in navigating the permitting process for capital improvement and land development undertakings, and provides a full complement of services including field investigations, soils testing, and regulatory compliance assessment.

William D. Peck, P.E., P.P., C.M.E.

Mr. Peck serves as Project Manager in the Municipal Services Division, heading up design and contract administration initiatives varying in magnitude and complexity.  Mr. Peck brings over 35 years of experience in the engineering and construction industry to bear, having held senior municipal engineering posts in various municipalities in New Jersey and Connecticut.

Angelo Papagiannakis

Mr. Papagiannakis is a graduate of Rutgers University School of Engineering, and provides technical design support to the Municipal and Land Development Divisions, with a wide array of projects, including capital improvements, recreational facilities, site plans, subdivision plans, and stormwater management.
